@Capt. Walter......SimV has the models, but the newest versions have not been uploaded yet
The aircraft is available here: http://www.mirage4fs.com/rafale_all.html#Bruno1 (there is no VC, but there are instructions on their site to merge the default Acceleration FA-18 VC into it or you can use the instructions I provide in this post: viewtopic.php?f=42&t=171384)
The latest Charles de Gaulle carrier is available at the same site on this page: http://www.mirage4fs.com/scenery_carriers.html
If you're not into doing the alterations yourself I left you a private message
