Sorry for repeating fox, just trying to help, but it seems you havent got rid of the jaggies.
Are you able to set your AA to +4 or better +8 inside your gpu control panel and then maybe turn it off in FSX settings?
You need to do some "play around" for test, and a good idea is to restart FSX each time
