Now known as Moffet Federal Airfield, or locally as Moffet Field. The hangar is iconic of the place, altho MCAS(H) Tustin, and Tillamok Oregon have them also.
when I was a young lad, I got to go to Moffet for an Airshow, featuring the Blue Angels in their F-4N Phantom II's. Big, heavy but suprisingly agile aircraft. Louder than heck too, a real crowd pleaser :) Anyway, they got themselsves into their famous "diamond" formation, and then flew right on through the Hangar!!     The crowd went nuts, of course, since we were standing very near the end they entered from. I don't think it was a scheduled maneuver in the show, but it sure looked awesomely cool!!
TY for posting, the blimps have a certain Majestic slowness to them no other aircraft seems to carry.

Pat☺

P.S...The FS 2004 Moffett Field Air Show scenery also works fine in FSX!.... ;) ...!

very nice.
Also, did you know they used the Macon as a aircraft carrier? They equipped aircraft with skyhooks so they could attach themselves to the airship.
I did one paint for the Alabeo Waco in Macon colors:

Too cool! Thanks for the info, Jan O0

They used the Curtiss F9C Sparrowhawk. It was referred to as a "parasite fighter"

Another really nice texture you did. I have it in my Waco YMF5 file along with your ZK-WAC, JK_Coastal, JK_C-FAFB and JK_G-WOCO textures.
