I owe it all to GA Panels and the small monitors that I use for flight instruments.
Being able to
always look right where the instruments
are, as opposed to trying to find them on the main screen, makes a BIG difference.
Then too, with my eyesight I need larger instrument gauges.
When I get near the airport, and below the cloud cover, it's always a joy to see an airport where it should be.
All I have to do then is bounce up and down on the runway a few times as I dodge buildings at the end of the runway.
But that's why I'm a highly paid pilot! I can do the hard stuff.
These 2 screens have extra navigation gauges to fit more of the old planes that I like to fly. If I flew a lot of jets I wouldn't use G.A. Panel. But all in all I'm pretty happy with it.

PS - this is an older setup. I now have a track that I can drop the monitors into so they don't sag, left and right.
