Hey Everyone,

I don't know if anyone remembers me? I use to participate here at SimV a long time ago under the username "JSpahn" . My main focus were the screenshot forums and FS9. I moved on to X-Plane and over time my focus has shifted to development. Since this is a MSFS forum posting here always felt awkward so me and SimV grew apart. As many of you know X-Plane can be a frustrating platform sometimes, especially in the visual department which got me started with improving XPX. I have adopted a lets tackle the pink elephant in the room approach and my main focus is in the X-Plane visuals.....

I hope you guys don't mind but here are a few SS's of my latest offering SkyMAXX Pro, it is plugin driven and the clouds contain motion, are 3D and have a crepuscular ray shader, to name a few features. The plugin completely overrides the default X-Plane 10 clouds and was developed by Sun-Dog Soft. This is yet to be released BTW but we are moving on getting it out the door soon....

Anyway this is where it all started for me and thanks for getting me involved in this hobby. I hope you enjoy the SS's and what I have going on here O0

Hey Pete! That would be awesome! I could have a coming home ;)

I would definitely participate here and I would also promote your site within the X-Plane community.

One of the things I remember most about SimV, and why I always stop by from time to time, is how friendly this community is.......

Hi John

I also remember you and and when you started useing XPlane. Since then my old computer with FSX went south and I bought a new one with Windows 8. Never been able to get FSX to run on it. So I just recently installed XPlane 10. I think starting a Xplane forum here is a great idea if Pete will go along with it. You got my vote. Great to have you back. :D
