The only thing that bothers me, is the wind whining sound wav inside at full throttle! That sound only appears outside, when the plane was diving!
And ofcourse the fs9 prop probs.......

Nice shots Bass...well done... <<q

Have not seen too many JU87s "Stuka" aircraft posted.

I always wanted to fly a real JU87 but never had the opportunity to do so.

I like the looks of the aircraft, but of course I like the looks of the Fairey Swordfish, the Fairey Battle, Royal Aircraft Factory SE5A, Sopwith Camel, DeHavilland of
Canada DHC-3 "Otter", Taylor Craft of England "Auster" just to mention a few....

Old Herman should have had the JU87 "Stuka" made with retractable landing gear, now that would have looked cool... <<u

Again nice set... <<q

Doug, how i agree on your ac's mentioned ;)
I think old Herman was on his recent daily heroin trip, when the JU87 vent out from the factory

Thanks for the pictures.

The only thing that bothers me, is the wind whining sound wav inside at full throttle! That sound only appears outside, when the plane was diving!

This sound comes from a siren (infamously named "Jericho Trumpet"), which was fitted to Ju-87 "Stuka" dive-bombers as a psychological terror weapon designed to inflict panic on enemy ground forces when the plane was diving.

So if the plane is properly simulated this sound must be there.

Regards

Welcome in here papituwall, and thank you for this clearing out on the "trompet" ;)

As i said on top, that whining was made to sound when the plane was diving, but the sound pack delievered with the dl, makes the trompet whine when flying fast strait out, inside cockpit!!

I can live with it, or find another sound pack, cause its fun to fly the old stuff  Not many around anymore....

Many thanks Bass for your welcome.

I have downloaded the Stuka, and in the "sound" folder there are the files "xfw4" and "fw4" causing this noise, it is supposed the engine sound at full throttle but it sounds as a Ferrari F1 engine at 15.000 rpm instead the Stuka slow Jumo Diesel engine...

A solution is delete or move these files an then make a copy of xfw3 and fw3 and rename both as xfw3 and xfw4.

The siren is the sound "stuka" but i can not hear it flying the plane. This versión has a improved VC, many thanks.

And nice FS9 scenery too!

Thanks again papi..
I will try to mess with those sound files!!
A Ferrari sound isn't bad, but not at that time

Btw, i'm flying fsx.
