The old F-86 is always instantly recognisable with its Sharks mouth air intake..with the pilot sitting astride its back!

A very smooth, slippery, well proportioned aircraft!... :)...!

A classic!

I have read many quotes and heard several pilots say the Sabre was the best plane they ever flew. Even for fighter jocks that flew F-14s, F-15s, and F-16s  8-)
Heck most Sabre pilots seem to like it over the P-51.

Makes sense though, the Sabre was directly developed from the P-51  8-)
P-51->Fury(straight wing)->Fury (swept)->Sabre
