I was playing with bloom settings and got this:





I like what I came up with but it only looks right in the morning.  It makes the clouds look 100x beter

Wow!  Amazing!  Those clouds in the last one are amazing!  They seem so thick and fluffy, and, interestingly, seem to be both 2D and 3D at once!
