It only rains on the West side of the Cascades range thank you very much ;)
We have 300 sunny days a year in North Central Washington State 8-) 8-)

Lived in Oak Harbor Washington on Whidbey Island four years .....lol....It rained 6 days a week.....Beautiful area.....

Very nice shot ! I love that angle of view. It's typically the kind of place that I love to use as base for exploring the area around.
