Short test flight with the CitationX

Postby Daube » Sun Feb 12, 2012 1:00 pm

Hi all,

While messing around with the panel gauges, I took some minutes to make a pleasant test flight with Alrot's CitationX. Got some screens to share :)

Departure from Bowerman, the weather is not really nice, but at least it's not raining and the winds are calm...

(note to Doug: see ? In this one I should have placed the plane more down in the picture. There is too much useless ground in the bottom part, even with that grass. I didn't pay attention :P )

It sure doesn't look good up there.... but the plane looks good, so it should be alright  ;D

Easy takeoff with no turbulences, I'm going to Concrete, hoping the runway will be long enough... ah, it's been a while since I practised any touch and go's anyways

Hi Stephane... :)

I see what you mean in shot #1...but it still looks good... :)

In my opinion your last shot is the best.

Now are you telling me you did not set your Approach to Landing correctly.... :o       ;D

Wonderful shots...well done... ;)

Thanks for the kind comments.

Doug, indeed the landing was not so stylish I have to say  ;D
Perhaps I should have directly crashed, it would have been more efficient... I mean, at least the "aircraft" would have come to a stop soon enough  :D
