Flight of the Global Challenger PT1
Posted: Wed Nov 30, 2011 3:23 pmWith a crew of three and extra fuel aboard, we take off from Bangor Maine on our dash around the world:
Somewhere over the Atlantic enroute to our first stop in Greenland:
After a twenty four layover, we taxi out to the runway and prepare to depart for Bergen, Norway:
Mechanical problems delay our departure from Bergen to our next stop in London until the early afternoon:
The sun is just starting to set when we arrive over London and begin our descent towards the city airport:
The next day, after a quick hop to Paris for a pho op with one of our sponsors, we take off again, headed for Berlin, Germany.
