As far as the payware is concerned, we have:
Airbus X by Aerosoft
Megascenery Oahu
REX 2
and the new one, Active Sky Evolution. It's a pretty cool software that allows you so much more as far as weather patterns. It uses REX graphics but enhances weather patterns, winds, cloud layers, thermals, etc... You can even fly in a hurricane
