I really like the airport because of the tall buildings right at the end of the runway, making take off and landings very fun =)

Airport is Hong Kong Intl (old) airport : VHHX.
Aircraft is default B747-4
HDE clouds, Nick's Sun fix, 3D lights (all at simvee) and ENB series bloom.

Hey nice shot of the old airport. I found some scenery which 'updates' to the older version of the airport. Much more detailed. By Jim Vile.i'm currently trying to upload it to simv.

Only one thing I'm not quite sure on, and that is...did they take off from the other end of the runway in real life at Kia Tak? Always thought they only came in from one direction, making that amazing approach low over the city. Other than that, awesome shot!

Landings and takeoffs were in whatever direction the wind favored, just like most airports.
