Regional Express Flight 901 to Sydney is Now Boarding...

Postby reachva » Wed Feb 16, 2011 4:01 am

Haven't logged in here for a while so here is my entry.

Aircraft is Saab 340B model originally for FS2004 that was converted to FSX, sadly I can't remember where I got this model as I've had it for over 3 years but it was through a virtual airline.

Scenery, HDR effect and AI traffic are all courtesy of ORBX freeware.

In-game spot camera for the angle.

[font=Comic Sans MS][color=#0000ff]A lot of detail, I like it. Very cool livery too. Happy flying

I was originally going to do this shot at Port Lincoln in a Qantas Dash-8 but decided to be nostalgic and replicate the first flight I did for a VA in FS

Been looking for a decent Saab 340, specifically with REX colours too. Looks good. 8-)

yeah, its a nice plane and I like the livery.
I got this one through the CEO of http://www.ausvag.net/ though back in the day it was Australian Airlink. I later moved on to form my own VA which is still going, I should get some screens perhaps

Thanks
