[left][size=12][font=Comic Sans MS][color=#0000ff]They are part of the game and not an addon. Be sure your "Custom" and "Annimation" Sliders are maxed...anyway I think that is what effects the effects.

There is fireworks at Hong Kong, China, every January 24 from 00:00 and 20 minutes ahead. Perhaps this is due to the Chinese New Year on January 24, 2001.
