Found this nice little photo real island scenery here at SimV today.....pretty cool 8-)

Just a short strip in the middle of the ocean but, it looks great (especially the color of the water around the island). It could use some small buildings or some trees/shrubs to give it more of a 3-D look though

There is a part II called Denis Island that I downloaded today but, haven't had time to try out yet.
I assume it is a nearby island
