The scenery is St Maarten, Barts and Saba by FlyTampa. Great scenery, I love it!
The take-off was definitely against regulations I'm sure, I really had to trim the plane, full flaps, and I nearly stalled at the top of the hill... I just wanted to see if I could make it lol. As far as the landing, yes the approach is somewhat hair raising:

You have to fly real close to the crest and just drop straight down to the runway and land ASAP otherwise you run out of dry land before you know it  ;D
