A while back, I posted some shots of Vietnam scenery for the war era. As good as the shots portrayed the scenery, I did it an injustice. As usual, I failed to read all the documentation. I recently discovered that I had barely

scratched the surface of this scenery. There are a total of 106 airports and landing zones from very small LZs with a couple of hooches to medium size fire bases to full fledged Air Force Bases. To name just a few of the

major ones:

Anderson AFB, Guam

Clark AFB, Philippenes

Cam Ranh AFB Vietnam

Da Nang, Vietnam

Elmendorf AFB, AK

Noibai, Hanoi, North Vietnam

Kadena AFB, Japan

Korat AFB, Thailand

Vientiane, Laos

In addition, there are large numbers of buildings, static AI of all sizes of Military aircraft, vehicles, and other ground objects. And some of the fire bases appear to be under attack when you arrive, or just recently attacked.

If you are interested in Vietnam War Era scenery, this is as good as it gets. And it's freeware. These shots are just a few examples of some of the larger bases, but don't really do it justice. Please excuse the jaggies, I'm

having a problem with ATI Tray Tools. I don't remember where the first shot was taken. #2 & #3 are Kadena AFB, #4 is Clark AFB, and the rest are Cam Ranh Bay.

Wow cool stuff! Definitely going to have to get this. Especially the Kadena scenery... as it would go great with my CS B-52

I have got to start looking closer for and at documentation. There is no telling what else I have missed out on by failing to do so.
