Posted: Sat Sep 18, 2010 9:55 amFor many of us, the flight sim experienced started with FS95 or earlier. So we would remember the default flight with the Cessna 182RG from Meigs Airfield. I used to load up thunderstorms and try and fly my cessna through one :-) or land at O'hare.
Sadly the Airport was shut down in 2003 by the Mayor. So my screenshot is of Meigs shortly before it was closed.
Yes i know it says Carolina, but hey could be the wife of the network lol :-)
Aircraft is from hovercontrol,
Scenery is FlyScenery Merrill C. Meigs Field scenery available at simviation.
