learjunkies' in-development MD 600N made me drool :o 8-) and, I had to go fly a helicopter.
FSX/Acc
Nemeth MD 500E
The scenery add-on is from here at SimV, I'll look for the link if someone wants it. It consists of a few mountain lookout heli-bases and some cool random stuff along the way.

Stopped at a campsite I saw along the route. That's pretty black smoke, I think they were burning "tire wood" ;)

I would hope that there's a place for a fixed wing aircraft to land somewhere in the 5000+ square miles that this mesh covers....... ;)

The only one I've found so far is Prineville, due west of Ochoco Reservoir. But there are several places with plenty of room to set down a bush plane. And there is always the Agusta/Bell 609. ::)

BTW, nice shots Chuck. :)
I tried to find that same Heli but struck out. The one I found was the Nemeth 500D & E, but the rotor behind the clouds is worse than a prop behind the clouds.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Thanks Larry :)
The clouds make this helos' blades shy too :-[
It came from Nor-Cal and other than the bashful rotors it's a great chopper 8-)
