The Luscombe 8 Silvaire was a highly successful two seat high wing light aircraft built in the years surrounding World War 2.
The Model 8 used the new horizontally-opposed small engines that had just been developed by the engine manufacturers.
For simplicity, the aircraft was designed with a round firewall to minimize frontal area and simplify construction.
Although it was alleged this might allow the installation of a small radial engine if the flat four did not work,
none of the original design engineers recall that being a design consideration. Today it remains popular as
a classic aircraft. This beautifully restored 8A is often seen at air shows around the country.

If the plane wasn't so shiny and fake looking, I would say those screenshots were real!  :o :o

Very nice realism in these shots. I love the scenery in the 2nd shot.

Very nice as always.
