SAS flight 179 settling down for the long night, en route to tenerife.

Like the second one! 

The one over the mountains (Cuillins) on Skye reminded me of the Tornados we saw, way down low, in various Highland glens.

we used to own a house on loch duich, near eliean donan castle, it was up on a bank, and the tornados, f15's and even hercs would fly by below the level of the house

We got on a road above the regular road to Kyle of Lochalsh - looking for a 'Keppoch' which showed on the map.  Turned out the Keppoch (ancestral clan country) we needed was over where the WW2 Commando training was conducted.
