I finally found a way to resize my shots from the new card
that doesn't result in a jagged mess of pixels.

Old card was an Ati 1650 512mb,
new card is an Ati 5450 1gb.

These are still not as pretty as the original 1440x900 shots, but they look much nicer than anything my last card produced.

FS9, HDE, CLS A340-600, 9 Dragons Kai Tak, Default New York

Hehe the 5450 is a pretty good 20 watt card for running FS9.
