Those first two shots are really cool!
I'm currently in the mood for flying old planes like this DC-3. Just finished a Nice - Sion with the Constellation, two hours before sundown, it was just great.... slow, but great :)

Good point! I think the battery would get flat rather quickly if they were left on for an entire flight  :)

I'm in the same phase :) I'm loving the DC-3 and Constellation! The DC-3 is also very photogenic which I like  ;D

Loved the misty glow around the lights. Yesterday I did a dusk approach in my Waco into my home airfield, Lots of Fun! (Crunch!) ;D

Does that mean a slightly hard landing?  ;)

Fortunately for my flight the weather had cleared up by the time I was landing so I didn't have to use the DC-3's ILS ;D
