please upload your images to our server, then post the (img)url(/img) in your post instead of just linking to another account.

If you read and follow the rules at the Simv upload site you will not have any problems posting your screen-shot.

Download and install PAINT.NET.
It's a freeware picture editor which is very complete and powerfull. It will allow you to:
- resize your screenshots to 1024 pixel-wide maximum
- convert your screenshots to JPG format
- set the JPG compression ratio so that the file size does not exceed 150 kb.
To resize the shot, you have a specific choice in one of the menus, juste like any picture editor.
To save as JPG format, just choose "save as", and in the next popup choose the JPG format in the list.
Once the JPG format is set, you will have an option button somewhere, or a slider, to adjust the compression. Warning, compression decreases the file size, because it decreases the quality, so don't set the compression too high.
