I am not sure if the powerplants will be sufficient or overpowerd and economic. and also fuel capacity ect. will get to that later.

This is starting to look really good.
What are your final objective with this fictive bird ? Will you make it look fictive (like, flashy colors, super-power flight capacities etc...) or will you make it like a 'what-if' real bird ? I have a preference for the second one, I love those planes that make you wonder if they are really fictive or if they were a real prototype of an abandonned project. :)

Thanks! My aim is to make it as realistic as possible. As you said, one would wonder if it really exists. I aim also to make the flight dynamics as realistic as possible, fuel flow, ect! but I do have to work through a LOT of info!
My inspiration for this baby is on the tail....yes Tintin!
I remember there was in one of his books a swing wing Bizjet  :-D

Of course !! Flight 714 for Sidney ! This is why I had this "deja-vu" impression ! Thanks for the reminder, guys !!

Jakes, do you plan to add a virtual cockpit ? If not, perhaps you can "adapt" your model so that the VC of the Learjet (or the CRJ) can be used with your bird ? Using the VC from another FSX plane is easy, but the VC may not appear on the correct place (and the coordinates cannot be changed).

Yes, I want to do a VC with full interior as well. While I am learning the paces of designing, i might as well do all the aspects... With the help of SimV obviously!
