You can hardly see the Independence, so here;s a close up of the eagle paint job.


Inspired by one of my favorite episodes of Modern Marvels: Presidential Movers.

There have been many other presisential planes, but these are my favorites. I love the Constellation too, but not the Columbine II and III paint jobs. If you want more info, check out this link:

Interesting, I just got to see all of the former Air Force Ones at Wright-Patterson last month.

Will everyone stop posting pictures of the FSX Acelleration F-18! I don't have Acell yet, and that hornet is beautiful. And by the way, I've been working on this repaint for the Boeing 747-8 of Air force one. What do you think, and does anyone want it? (It's for FSX of course)

You should repaint the Independence.

From the "Presidential Movers" show (saw it earlier tonight, incidentally), the nose was repainted to white since the paint they used initially disrupted the radar dome in the nose.

Other than that, fantastic set!

hughes, I would go for it, but the only thing that is distracting me from it, is the rear of the engines where you have it jagged instead of just straight like in B Valvs picture.  sorry.  Other than that, it looks really good.

Yes send one this way, not bad looking.

And  B Valvs, why is it every time I get a good idea after watching TV, you go and post the same thing????Do you have my computer bugged or something? Nice job, I wanted to do the same thing, but I have not messed with FS Recorder yet do to work. 8-)
