If you figure out how to make the Flying Pig work, I'll be VERY greatful. :D ;)

Works fine for me. :P

It's intended for CFS2 so I re-aliased the sound to the FS9 default Curtiss_Jenny. It will be listed under Unspecified. You can add the FS9 Aircraft.cfg entries later if you want to keep it.

PS. The guns & pigpoo bombs won't work in FS9. ;)

Ah, the sound must have been the problem. I got everything else to work from that page, but never thought to check the pig's sounds.

When I would select it. FS9 would just crash to desktop.

I added the cfg entries for all of the CFS aircraft so that they would display under SG instead of 'unspecified' (learned that tip from you in a recent thread, thanks! :) )

On a few of the CFS planes, you can get the visual gun effects to work, but no sounds.
I'm glad there are those with the humor to create things like this for FS, to help keep us from taking it too seriously.

Those effects must be in the visual model as CFS DP files won't work in FS. From screenies I've seen the 3rd party weapons effects for FS9 look very much like they were pinched straight out of CFS2.

They must be, as I always remove the Dp and all other non essential files from aircraft folders before installing them.

By just removing the un-needed items from all of my aircraft folders (pics, readmes, file id, etc...), I can save almost a Gig of HD space.

Every little helps I suppose. Some of those image files are huge but the average CFS2 DP file is about 12 Kb.
