It's the wonderful Pa25 Pawnee by  Andy Strukowski in a custom repaint I made for B-Valvs.

Very stable and predictable, easy to throw around, and small enough to fit through tight spaces.   

And the tiger mouth gives it an attitude.

FS9, in the bay near downtown Seattle, just take off from the default starting position and head for the water, they're everywhere there.
