It's the wonderful Pa25 Pawnee by  Andy Strukowski in a custom repaint I made for B-Valvs.

Very stable and predictable, easy to throw around, and small enough to fit through tight spaces.  ;) 

And the tiger mouth gives it an attitude.  ;D

FS9, in the bay near downtown Seattle, just take off from the default starting position and head for the water, they're everywhere there. ;)
