The IRIS Mig-27 is now freeware.

Hi all,

It seems that the old Mig-27 model from IRIS has now gone freeware.
You can get it at SimOuthouse, but I'm pretty sure it will get uploaded here soon, just like the other freeware IRIS models.

The plane has a nice external model with several repaints and nice effects and animations (great wingflex), a very nice and clickable virtual cockpit, custom sounds and a manual in PDF format.

This is a FS9 model, but it works quite well in FSX SP2, with no canopy problems. Some gauges are incompatible (but they surely can be replaced by compatible ones), but the lights and effects work well.

The screenshots are from FSX, you can see the missing gauges on the panel.

I love the VC shot. The last one is really nice too.
