First screenshot, advice needed :)

Hi, this is my first post here on Simviation, and it's also the first time I post a screenshot (obviously ).

I'd like to ask you if the screenshot is better with or without lens flare.
With lens flare:

Screenshots taken in FS2004, aircraft is Coral's F-15, I used PerfectSky for the sky texture.

Firstly, your shots are very good. Personally, I prefer not to have flare on as I think simple shots are good shots.

I found Perfect Sky in the FS2004 Misc section of FlightSim (can I say that? ), it contains various effects and textures, and definitely makes for a better sky.

Welcome to SimV.

For a first time screenshot it is pretty good. Great lighting. Regarding the sun flare I don't think it is much of a problem if you use it right.

We would love to see some more.
