The colors of the clouds depend on the sky Dawn/Dusk color you have chosen in FS Skyworld 2004, or Real Environment Pro.
Unfortunately, those sky colors don't work anymore in FSX :/

Skoker, those shots are cool, the color of the clouds and the produced contrast with the plane is just great. However, I think you should select different clounds, those ones don't look that good in my opinion.
