No that must be a FS9-SDK model that is playing in FSX, one way to fix this its well know by apply and alpha chanel a 44,44,44 in Bmpdtx3 to the Blurry map ,you have to dig among the texture and find the right one (always is a circle in this case with a yellow colour) then get the DTXBmp software and apply this ..Sometimes works sometimes not Shane
BESIDES!! you have another issue with this mdl ,must be the textures something is weird in the Nose

Get the Samdim Tu-95, it is at least a FS9 model. (and has a VC. )
