I pretty sure I got this from here SIMV. fs2004 vintage. not sure what page though.

I like the shot. The angle and plane are good. I think it would look better like this though: http://www.simviation.com/yabbuploads/s ... ropped.jpg

Cropping can be your friend. It makes your file size smaller, most likely the quality will be better, and it will look better overall. This is just my opinion though. Continue to take the shots the way you like if you disagree.

Something else I forgot to add. The rolling hills/mountains look good, but the textures do not. By cropping it, you change the focus of this shot from the default scenery to the plane, without losing the part of the scenery worth seeing.

B-Valvs is right. Scalper, you did a pretty good job in choosing the place, the time of day, the plane and the meteo (yes, especially that last one, the fog is giving a very nice distance impression).
The only problem of your shot is the angle of view, which shows too much the nearby terrain. The same exact shot showing less terrain would be much better I think :)
