So my scheduled Transpacific flight (KLAX-YSSY) with Qantas got changed from an A388 (:() to a B744, the CF6 ER version, and as i'm pushing back at LAX, what happens?

Duh..

:-[ Sorry, didn't know that..  but it's still weird, seeing a Qantas 747 right next to me on a big airport like LAX with A LOT of traffic packages installed.. ::)

A lot get caught out ;)

I think it's a double meaning as Longreach QLD was/is a major QANTAS historic base and the long range 747-400...the first was delivered London-Sydney non stop, 18,001KM with a reduced load.....has a "Long reach"...if you follow.

The way it's painted does look just like an individual aircraft name.
