I love the last shot and I don't think we have seen deicing on the forums yet. ;)

Only half the country away from its homebase...

Is that a new An-24 model or the Samdim one?

Thanks for the comments people.

Paul, this plane might be too complex for your liking, but I can teach you if you really want to learn it.

Ivan, I knew you would say something. I know that the entire situation is not geopolitically or historically correct in any fashion, but I just liked the livery, and the shot. I also can't give up my S7 Russian birds for AI.
The An-24RV is Samdim's Patch 2 version, with the unofficial 2.11 patch added.
You probably know this already, but SCS is currently working on a new An-24 model if you are interested. Check out the progress in the hanger chat section of the PT support forums.

Again guys, thanks for the comments. They are appreciated.

Hello Sean...

"Complex" is an understatement... :o...!

...I have just installed a couple of them...the 24 and 26...but I'm not too fluent in reading "Russian" Gauges!.. :-[...!

....so I think know I will stick to my Bombardier/Beechcraft/Cessna/Piper etc, "English" Prop versions for simplicity...and safety!.....LOL... ;D...!

There's nothing like blasting through the air at Flight level 300 and mach 0.79, AND trying to decipher russian gauges. No thanks. I'm with Paul. I'll stick to my Enlish instrument panel in my general aviation aircraft ;)
