Oh my, i'm in love with short hops now.. ;D
Actually, this flight was done just to get my thoughts off school, that starts tomorrow "NO, PLEASE NO!" (;-P) and while waiting for United 93 to get on TV. Wanted to see that movie since I got into aircraft.. Two hours left. So I did a short hop, London Heathrow - Bristol.

Taking off from London, with a rare Star Alliance Scandinavian 737 in the background :-o. Wind blowing hard in my face as I take off.

Superfast climb over London.

Image

Tailshot, looking down through one of the few holes in the clouds.

Image

And no landing picture because the model seems a little buggy on landing.. but here I am at the gate with a KLM Fokker 100 and a Easyjet A319. (Who would guess there was Easyjet A319s in Britain? Oh my..)

Image

Thanks for looking 8-)

PS: For some reason, the BMI Safety team didn't allow me to do a inverted loop under one of the bridges.. Like i'm not safe! :'(

I really like the first, well done! :)

Does this by any chance come with a VC?

No, sorry Anxyous, it's the Project Opensky Embraer ERJ-135, no VC, but great wingviews instead. Panel aliased to default Lear45.. Pretty sure it's hard to find a real ERJ panel due to the thing that almost nobody creates panels for FSX.. and most FS9 panels doesen't work in FSX. (stupid *Too old gauge* problem.. I hate it!)

I had to remove FS9 due to my HD getting low on space (it was below 60 GB).. I removed it, did a FSX reinstall and it went to 70 GB.

It's got good looking textures, and it's a good model. Don't know if the real ERJ-135 flies like this, though.

But the textures = Absolutely brilliant. You saw the tailshot (I hope!).. this BMI repaint is great.

There ya go, my friend. Scroll all the way down to "Embraer...". Download one of the files (for example "North America"->"American Eagle". To get the Virtual Cockpit, just click "Model Packages" at the same place (Under ERJ-145) as you downloaded the aircraft. Then download either ERJ145XR Virtual Cockpit or ERJ145LR Virtual Cockpits, depending on what kind of ERJ-145 you downloaded. And lastly, the Virtual Cockpit night textures. Now let's hope the gauges works in FSX - That's POSKY's main problem. :-(

Edit: Doing the installation "Correct" seemed to remove my entire ERJ-145. .. now what?

I just tried it in the FSX Demo & it works fine. Gauges should be no problem as it uses all FS9 defaults.

I've had problems with the sample Aircraft.cfg entries before. I only want the VC version so I modified the existing entry to use the VC model & panel like this.

[fltsim.0]
title=Project Opensky - British Midland Embraer 145EP Airstair
sim=OSERJ145lr
model=asVC
panel=VC
sound=
texture=

etc, etc...........

I like the shots, especially number 1. Nice paint too. Shiny.
