Hi, I don't know how to change the format of my pics. or how to change them into a jpeg or how to shrink the size (like right now they r 3MB ea. please let me know ASAP. Here is one (if it works.)

    [1]get gimp or photoshop
    [2]file
    [3]save as
    [4]play around with the little bar thing until the size is less than 150kb
