Looks like virgin blue cant tell from this angel but definatley either virgin blue domestic, or pacific blue international.

Virgin Blue. Pacific Blue Intl doesn't have white writing that low near the nose; VB has their phone number - 13 6789 - written right there.
-by the way surely virgin atlantic dont fly to oz...
