I had forgotten that I had my screenshot program running until the end of the session. These were taken on the return trip. He actually beat us to the destination. (Where he lost his gear! )

Through practical experience involving real flying, I keep well away from the prop wash/jet wash from aircraft directly in front of me... ...!

P.S. ...the apparent "Lost Gear" syndrome is often due to variations in each flyer's version of the surrounding scenery elevation...
...trust me...my Trusty Beech Baron's Gear was definitely down before landing!...(Captain Sensible again!... ...).... ...!

I've flown formation in Hueys with someone one the forum before. Can't  remember who now, but I'd do it again if I get some people to fly with me,
