Not enough scenery for the title you used. Everyshot here, including the one that does have the scenery is centered on the plane. Also what settings are you using for that scenery and what scenery is it? I ask because most of the photo sceneries I've seen recommend specific display settings to best view the scenery. Check the readme that came with it and see if it mentions this. If not let me know what it is and I'll see if I can help you out with this, because honestly, what I can see doesn't look very photorealistic.  :-/
But that plane sure is a beauty! 8-) ;)

Hmm. zoom out and zoom in on the scenery, use the backspce key a bit. it looks like the scenery is still 'loading' - you may get better results waiting a little while once it loads. But the aircraft is nice, and so is the water :D

Yup, aircraft looks great... but the ground textures need to load. I pause it and let them load, then take the shot. Works everytime!

the ground looks like that because it is kinda far away and i have the detail radius on medium

You are over-doing the zooms  :-/
