A Concorde worth having part 1 exterior

Postby ShaneG_old » Wed Oct 29, 2008 4:21 pm

Found this Here and with a few little tweaks to the sound (I alaised mine to the Tu-160, default is 737) this bird is beautiful!! Also comes with FSX files for those that wish it. ;) The interior alone is worth the download. :) For FS9 the instructions on the AB are a little unclear, but DO NOT alter the lights section as it says to. They are fine as is! The light mod seems to be for FSX. ;) I am working on getting the AB to be throttle controlled as they only work with the lights at the moment. :(

Is this the Libardo Guzman Concorde?

Yes it is. ;) Needs some more tweaking in my opinion, but it's the first concorde since FS2000 that I've really enjoyed flying.

Thanks a lot for the HeadsUp ! I saw that bird in the downloads but I didn't dare to try it.
Your last shot above is quite impressive, by the way  :o

That last shot was taken by using F1 view and backing out of the cockpit, so I guess they modeled the whole plane in VC mode!

Hey Shane

That first shot is pretty impressive. I'm sure you noticed that you caught what looks like one of dipper cluster of stars between the break in the clouds.

Wow! I never even noticed! I did recently install an airplane that came with a new stars.dat file for star navigating, but I never thought anymore about it after that! I guess I will finally have to get around to trying it. ;D

After searching a bit I managed to identify a couple of constellations, there are so many stars in my sky it's hard to singl them out,
