Here are the interior shots, and Yes, you Can walk all the way to the rear cargo hold. The pilots are animated and turn their heads in synch with the stick.

She must be really small too! I remember I could hardly stand up straight in that thing :-?

They used a real photo for her face, and she is only 2D. Feel kinda bad for the frumpy lady.

Indeed, although ive nothing against petite ladies. usualy they are perfectly formed...and the only concorde ive been in was full of electronic equipment and plastic screens so you couldnt touch!
