IDS means 'interdiction strike' and is just one possible version next to the ECR and RECCE
(according to german wiki)

I've got this 100MB package - it's available here at SimV in the FSX military section... But the only paints included are italian. The FS2004 RAF Tornado GR 4/A Version 3.2 from page 9 is the only GR 4 I've found, but it says it's only RAF painted...  :'(
