Panhandle Scandal - an adventure in itself!

Postby todayshorse » Tue Aug 26, 2008 1:07 pm

Sorry to bore you chaps with more of this stuff, but i thought id share a few that made to my final selecton, but only one i picked!

Difficult, this month, i thought. I had several ideas as soon as i read the rules, but man, trying to get them into fs9 proved tricky!

Usualy im set on the aircraft and then its just a case of finding the shot, but not this time! Suprised my self actualy!

I started off with somthing from AVIACSA (i think thats right!) but no amount of juggling the thing got me the shot i wanted......then i faffed with 3 BA 'tails', one of which i posted somewhere earlier - but that didnt cut the mustard at all!!

Then i found 'Woody' and spent a day or two faffing, till the shot that stood out i captured. You may not agree with my choice, but thats what this screenart lark is all about, isnt it!

Heres the few i whittled it down to:-

I like the way ive done this though, go on, yes, click them! ;D

I really like the idea of a quick preview, but it lacks that dramatic WOW :o factor when the page finally loads and I see the shot for the first time, but it is a good idea if posting lots of shots. [smiley=thumbsup.gif] I would say make your favorite normal size and then the rest thumbs, then the viewer can decide to go further or not. But then that's just my opinion! ;)
