An Aero Commander and sorry I forgot where I downloaded it but there are many other Aero Commanders by the same author.

The plane in the third shot is a Rockwell Turbo Commander 690B (with winglets!) by the Veneaviones group.
Also, Milton Shupe made other equally nice Rockwell Aero Commanders and a Shrike Commander.

I wasn't aware of that Aero Commander model, so I found it, downloaded, fixed the windshield, and tweaked some things in the panel. It looks ok, but now I need to run it in FSX and see how it flies
