Can you identify the aircraft in these two "Mosaics" ?
....If you'd like more, just ask... :) But you've got to identify these two first.. ;)

hmm

yes, the firsts a spit

the second - looks low wing rather than high to me, say DC-6?

I did think b-29, although it might not be big enough...

I would also say Spitfire for the first. Maybe a Sea Fury? I do see the British sign on the wings.

Second one looks like a P3 Orion. Has that long tail section, and appears to have its engines on top of the wing, rather than below.
My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

Second one looks like a P3 Orion.

I'm with Rob on that one ...

the second one is a b-17 ;o.

Or a b-24.

I think it's a b-24 more, because of the tail.

I'll go with the others in saying that the first is a Spitfire and the second is an Orion.

First one is indeed a Spit...the second is in fact a P3-C as seen here...
nice going all, can (and will) be much tougher next round ya?.....ya!

Yes, this series technically belongs in the Edited forum, but Planespotters has been a Freeware feature for several years, and has always appeared in the Freeware section. Old habits die hard....no harm done then eh?
