Well ... since we've already covered compresstion, let's talk about composition. Please don't take this the wrong way (I hope you learn something from it) but this shot is not very - what I call - dynamic, meaning that there aren't a lot of interesting things happening. You can see the aircraft, the stars and, if you look closely, another aircraft a couple of feet below. Nice touch by the way ... but it really doesn't cut it.
An interesting shot - to me - has a nice angle, which does not necessarily mean having a banked angle. You might want to look into the (freeware!)
Recorder Module or the (also freeware!)
Flight1 View Module. That makes taking screenshots a lot easier without costing you any money!
Also, more and interesting scenery will give you more angles to work with, thus making the shot visually more attractive. And again - there are A LOT of freeware titles available that are really good. Some of them are so good, they put several payware packages to shame. Just look at something stunning like
9Dragons Kai Tak or the fantastic
FreeZ Zurich Airport ...
Though ... if you must capture an aircraft at this altitude then at least make sure that you have some nice cloud layers.
FS Sky World can give you those

black cockpit is looking a bit strange for me.
It's the latest development in 'cold and dark'
