It is a military base in Pensacola, FL. Home base for the Blue Angels in fact! Its available here in the FSX scenery downloads. http://www.simviation.com/fsxscenery15.htm

And you even have them as AI in there right?

Sure do, if you look closely, you can see all 6 lined up on the tarmac in front of the Blues hanger.
