Really like the second... May I recommend this upgrade to your night textures? Did wonders for me... hope these are the right one...
http://www.simviation.com/fs2004scenery60.htm - an upgrade, but still a bit bland for me.
http://www.simviation.com/fs2004scenery10.htm - This is more colorful and a bit pleasing to the eye, realistic according to the city you fly over. My choice.
